I wrote a paragraph yesterday, the day I was in no state to be writing really, but had impulses to get whatever it was/is bothering me out into the open. I managed to talk about the weather and the toxins in my bloodstream (alcohol), then I got distracted by a bowling game online. Looking into the mirror I can see that I'm still completely knackered and a bit of a mess. I have a list of things that need taking care of this week, it seems to be a pretty big list but I wonder if my mind is just making it seem so. It's this reason I don't really have the time to be writing, at least not until most of these things have been sorted out.


3 hours later...


Managed to sort something important out, I just hope it's not too late to be useful. I have a doctor's appointment later on in the week. Everything I had in mind to say yesterday has more or less diminished into mush and I can't think of anything precise to write about.


Have decided it's time to go for a speed-walk. The sun is setting and it's beautiful, would like to be outside getting some fresh air, I need to get some sun on my face. Looking forward to, dare I say it, Summer. I bet now I have said that I will be fed up during the Summer wishing it was Winter again. I'm just waiting for my ipod to charge so I can listen to music on the walk.
