Effervescent Vitamin C Tablets

.

In joggers, awake, alert.

Listening to the album Surrender by The Chemical Brothers.

Feeling the need to be healthy.

I have no idea what will happen today but I do know that I have plans this time, shame it isn't sunny like it has been but then I kinda like it murky and dull. I hope to go for a 'speed-walk', where I basically look like I'm about to break out into a jog but can't quite manage it. I miss my exercise/dancing routine as well. It was a fun and entertaining way of keeping in shape. I don't like what the mirror is showing today but I realise that could be due to the guilt of eating donner meat with chips and cheese and a 1/4 cheeseburger last night. I also realise that I'm going to end up sounding like I have an issue with food and weight. I do. It's a reluctant cycle, wanting to eat whatever I want whenever, whilst remaining slim somehow. I guess a lot of us would like that. I even had a dream about that hot choc fudge cake that's half price in Sainsburies at the moment. I dreamt I bought the wrong cake and was horrified when I got home, but then people saw it and obviously wanted a slice, and even though it was the wrong cake I still wanted it all to myself. Any translations of that are welcome!

So today I've got a glass of water and put a Vitamin C tablet in it. Nothing unusual there as I have one a week but not for a while this time and I have a low immune system so it's important to me to keep on top of these things. It's Saturday but feels like a Sunday. Weird. Maybe it's because the clocks will go forward tonight?? Don't like missing an hour of sleep but hell it's Sunday just stay in bed longer. We will get the feel of Summer approaching and start thinking about B.B.Q's and all the wonderful things connected with Summer months. Why does noone mention the wasps and the other annoying insects that seem determined to ruin it for me? (Once stung-twice as shy). I hate the little buggers-coming after my food when I'm outdoors, getting caught in the conservatory looking for a way out then becoming manic and flying around bashing into the glass. Holidays to hotter countries are even worse where these pests are concerned. You try to have a nice swim but keep coming across bees and wasps that stupidly drowned themselves. I might regret this but I will say for now that the other day I was hoping it was the end of Summer and Autumn was approaching, beautiful Autumn. Sssh enough moaning. It is time. Time to look like a fool on the streets who needs to find a lavatory desperately.
